Meet Courtney – Your Partner in Healing

Hi, I’m Courtney, founder of ReNew Me Physical Therapy and Wellness. After 12 years in clinic settings, I saw how much better healing happens when care fits into your life—not the other way around. That’s why I bring in-home physical therapy to moms, athletes, and families across St. Louis Park, Edina, Hopkins, Excelsior, Minnetonka, Wayzata, West Bloomington, and Minneapolis.

I believe physical therapy should feel personal and empowering. Together, we’ll build a plan around your goals so you can heal, gain strength, and move forward with confidence. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me running, chasing my kids, exploring local food spots, or cheering on my favorite athletes.
